A hidden gem in Ptown
Waking up to the aroma of fresh pastries and engaging conversations with Dan made each morning special. The quaintness of the Benchmark Inn added to the charm of our visit.
Though we enjoyed our time, the lack of a fan in the bathroom occasionally made the space feel muggy after showers. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise delightful stay.

The intimate atmosphere and delightful homemade breakfasts truly enhanced our experience. A lovely touch was the well-maintained outdoor sitting area, perfect for unwinding after exploring the town. However, the limited parking made it slightly challenging at times.

absolutely, what a charming place with its limited parking and no bathroom fan! I expected a complimentary drink for the inconvenience, yet was treated like one of those average guests! Honestly, I hoped to adore this Inn, but just couldn’t escape the muggy aftermath post-shower. Enough said, never felt so average in my life.

Tranquil Gem with Breathtaking Views!
After 9 peaceful nights, I found an oasis just steps from the vibrant heart of Provincetown. The owners, Dan and Daniel, exuded warmth, making my solo trip feel like a family reunion. Nights on the private deck overlooking the town's charm were unforgettable. Don’t miss exploring on foot – worth every step!

We had an amazing time staying here! The boys loved exploring the nearby magnificent ocean beaches, and our room was well-appointed for the family's needs. Billy Ray was a fantastic host, and breakfast was truly delicious, keeping everyone fueled for our adventures.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities on-site.

Highly recommend for solo travelers
The host was helpful and even stocked up breakfast at the last minute just for me. I loved having the peaceful garden to unwind with my wine after a long day. It was perfect!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
